These terms are an agreement between you and the individual developer of Outlineify, based in Türkiye (“we”, “us”), for the use of the Outlineify app for iPhone and iPad (“Outlineify” or “the service”). By using Outlineify you accept these terms. If you do not accept them, please do not use the app.
1. Who can use Outlineify
Outlineify is for adults aged 18 or over, such as parents and guardians. You must not let a child use your account or the app on their own.
2. What Outlineify does
Outlineify turns a photo you choose into a printable color-by-number coloring page. Pages are created by third-party AI providers, as described in our Privacy Policy. Because pages are generated automatically, results can vary and may not always match your photo exactly.
3. Your account
When you first open the app, an anonymous account is created for you. You can link Sign in with Apple to restore your account on another device. If you do not link it and remove the app or lose your device, your account and pages may not be recoverable.
4. Subscriptions
- Outlineify requires an active subscription to create pages. There is no free usage and no free trial.
- Subscriptions are offered weekly and yearly. The price is shown in the app before you buy.
- Payment is charged to your Apple ID when you confirm the purchase.
- Subscriptions renew automatically at the end of each period unless you cancel at least 24 hours before the period ends. Your Apple ID is charged for renewal within 24 hours before the period ends.
- You can manage or cancel your subscription in your Apple ID settings (Settings → your name → Subscriptions). Deleting the app or your Outlineify account does not cancel the subscription.
- Purchases and refunds are handled by Apple under the App Store’s terms. Refund requests go to Apple at reportaproblem.apple.com.
5. Weekly fair-use limit
Each subscription includes a reasonable weekly limit on the number of pages you can create. The limit is designed to cover normal personal and family use and is enforced in the app. When you reach it, you can create new pages again after the weekly limit resets. We may adjust the limit to keep the service fair and sustainable; we will not reduce it below normal personal use during a subscription period you have already paid for.
6. Your photos and pages
- You keep all rights you have in the photos you upload and in the pages created from them.
- You may only upload photos you have the right to use. If a photo shows other people, make sure you have their permission, or their parent’s or guardian’s permission for a child.
- You give us permission to store and process your photos and pages, including through the providers listed in our Privacy Policy, only to provide the service to you.
- Pages are for your personal, non-commercial use, such as printing and coloring at home.
7. Acceptable use
You must not use Outlineify to upload photos that are illegal, that infringe someone else’s rights, or that are sexual, violent or hateful. You must not try to bypass the weekly limit, disrupt the service, or copy, reverse engineer or resell the app or its output as a service. We may suspend or close accounts that break these rules.
8. Availability and changes
We work to keep Outlineify available but cannot promise it will always be uninterrupted or error-free. We may change or improve features. If we stop offering the service, we will tell you in the app in advance where possible.
9. Liability
Outlineify is provided “as is”. To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses, or for loss of data or pages. Our total liability to you is limited to the amount you paid for Outlineify in the 12 months before the claim. Nothing in these terms limits rights you have as a consumer that cannot be limited by law.
10. Deleting your account
You can delete your account at any time with Delete account in the app’s settings. This removes your files and data as described in our Privacy Policy. Remember to cancel your subscription in your Apple ID settings as well.
11. Apple
These terms are between you and us, not Apple. Apple is not responsible for Outlineify or its content and has no obligation to provide maintenance or support for it. If the app fails to conform to any applicable warranty, you may notify Apple, and Apple will refund the purchase price, if any; Apple has no other warranty obligation for the app. Apple is not responsible for any claims relating to the app, including product liability, legal or regulatory claims, or intellectual property claims. Apple and its subsidiaries are third-party beneficiaries of these terms and may enforce them against you. You confirm that you are not located in a country subject to a U.S. Government embargo and are not on any U.S. Government list of prohibited or restricted parties.
12. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Türkiye. If you are a consumer, you also keep the protection of the mandatory laws of the country where you live, and you may bring claims in the courts of that country.
13. Changes to these terms
We may update these terms. We will update the date above and, for important changes, tell you in the app. If you keep using Outlineify after the change, the updated terms apply.
